Tex-Mex Cuisine @ Service

It has been a couple of days already that we have not posted anything our blog. We went to a series of technical arrangements. Now are back and will continue with our daily posting. Right now we want to share with you a couple of images of an event we catered last friday @ an intimate location on the island of Curacao.

Our team delivered a delicious Tex-Mex food station for a birthday celebration.

Tex-Mex is a term used to describe a regional American cuisine that blends food products available in the US and the culinary creations of Mexican Americans influences by thee cuisines of Mexico. The cuisine of Mexico has evolved through the centuries through a blending of indigenous and European elements since the 16th century.
The items selected by our chef for this Tex-Mex menu will bring a real culinary experience to your event.

This is one of the six culinary station that we offer for events and celebrations. The images shows the presentation of the food-station and also a selection of sweets for dessert.

Before we opened the food-station, the guests enjoyed a selection of passed hors d' oeuvres which included: chili con carne, carnitas taco's with a trio sauce and a shot of chorizo-pumpkin soup.
