High Tea Classics

Here's another fun way to serve snacks/ hors 'd oeuvres at your event. For a high-tea party a couple of days ago, we went a change in presentation.

Colored tissue paper cut to size (15cm to 15cm) became the ideal way to grab a tea-sandwich with egg, tuna, asiago-mozzarella cheese or cucumber.

All sandwiches were clearly identified with a tiny label printed from the computer with the name of each sandwich.
